BINGO'S 911 REPORT

WHO IS BINGO'S BOOK BUDDY LOOKING FOR?
DID SOMEONE SAY 911?

Little did Bingo know that an innocent (let's get healthy and ride our bike) ride would earn the KLUTZ of the month award! Less than a mile from home, so proud of herself (is it Pride cometh before the fall??? YES!?), she hit the curb when simply riding on to the sidewalk and the bicycle handles turned and down "in slow motion with the life flashing before her face" went Bingo!

Yep, and smart person that she is, rather than cushioning on that gritty cement with her hands, worried about a broken wrist that couldn't blog, and Brave Bingo instead took the fall on her forehead and left cheek! Yep! And when she slowly lifted her head and saw blood all over the sidewalk and her hand went up and came back red, she knew she was in trouble. Luckily a nice lady witnessed it all and wanted to call 911 but instead, Bingo asked for Mr. Bingo to be called to come to the rescue.

Needless to say, Bingo has been told (like she is 5) that she can't ride her bike anymore! Pretty sad when husband and son BOTH tell you not to ride anymore and especially when Bingo knows once she recovers she will live to ride again!

And so, there will be no long, happy post today. Just this non-fiction sad post and to let you know that MONDAY will bring one of two things. Either no post as Bingo will be worse....OR and more likely there will be an announcement of a BRAND NEW GIVEAWAY!

Finally, not that Bingo is asking for pity, but anyone who would like to put a smile on her black and blue, swollen face could start following and help her get to the illusive 100 followers! The other thing Bingo asks is that everyone have a wonderful, SAFE Sunday! See you tomorrow!

OUCH!! I'm so sorry to hear about your accident! It's good to hear you're willing to get back up on that horse, er, bike again. Now you just need a helmet! Feel better and rest up. Read lots of books. Let your hubby and son take care of you and spoil you. Let us know how you're feeling. Get well QUICK! :)

(love the images you put up!)

Thank you to everyone for your nice comments. In looking through so many of my regular blogs, it appeared there were many of us sick, hurt, angry, bad moods, etc the past two days....so let's all hope for a better new week! And Wrighty, how kind of you! Did I sound pitiful enough that you felt sorry for me? Just kidding. I am honored and going over to get it right now! THANK YOU!

OMG!!! I am sorry. I sure hope you are going to be okay, and that your beautiful face doesn't have any scars. I say, take the next two weeks off of your "real job" and entertain us through your healing process! Please, rest, and take care, and I am SURE you will be back out on your bike, you rebel!

Take care!

Renee

Ok, I'm breaking my "no blog reading rule" for my vacation because I just had to make sure that you were ok. I hope you're feeling better!

It is amazing how many people have commented on this. It makes me understand how close bloggers can be without really ever meeting personally. I am still sore and may still have to go for another head xray...grrr!
