This award is also a meme, but the rules are simple. If you accept it, you are supposed to list seven of your favorite things and nominate seven blogs that deserve this award. And of course copy the award to your site and link back to this post or my blog. So here are my 7 favorite things:
1-My husband and son especially because my family
always comes first of what is special to me
2-The world of books because they bring me such joy
whether reading or writing about them
3-My friends because I have several close friends
who make my life special and they are so
important to me
4-My home as it is my haven, my safe place, and
where I do the things I love to do best
5-Football! I LOVE following and watching college as
well as pro football and the season goes by too
fast for me-GO FSU and DALLAS COWBOYS!
6-Las Vegas trips for fun, and certainly not making
money, with my cousin and best friend as a
get-away from reality
7-OK, I have to include foods I love (too many for
sure) but a CPK (California Pizza Kitchen)
chopped salad, Starbucks Caramel Frappacino,
Vanilla bean Jo-Jo's cookies from Trader Joes,
and raspberry truffles from See's Candies
--sadly, but lucky for me, the only thing I can
get locally is Starbucks :-(
