From "How to Roast a Lamb" I learned that Greek cooking is as healthy and affordable as other Mediterranean cooking, like Italian.

From "How to Roast a Lamb" I learned that the author writes of stocking his pantry with everything a good chef, a good Greek chef, or a Greek mother would have.

"How to Roast a Lamb" isn't just about lamb. The salad I saw on page 20 (using OpenBook) looked to die for. From the post, I also learned that Bingo is Greek. I don't how I missed that before. ;)

I learned from How to Roast a Lamb that the author doesn't care if you use substitutes, such as jarred roasted red peppers rather than making your own...as long as it get's you in the kitchen and cooking! bekki1820cb@gmail.com

I've been kind of afraid of lamb because of the expense...what if I wreck it?? I think it looks like a great cookbook and I forget that lamb is more of a staple in Greek cooking.
