CRAZY FOR LOVE: PREVIEW AND GIVEAWAY

GIVEAWAY ENDED
CRAZY FOR LOVE

BY VICTORIA DAHL

ABOUT THE BOOK:

Chloe Turner thought she was going to marry the perfect man—until her fiancé's plane crashed. And then she got the really bad news: he'd tried to fake his own death to avoid marrying her. Now America's most famous bridezilla (a tag she most definitely does not deserve), Chloe escapes to a remote island to avoid the paparazzi. And right next door is a man who just might be the cure for Chloe's heartache…. A magnet for wild, complicated women, Max Sullivan is relieved to have finally found someone "normal." Chloe is his girl-next-door fantasy come to life, and best of all, she gets him. With her, he can be himself, a treasure-hunting millionaire who desperately wants out of his sexy but reckless job. But when Chloe's notoriety catches up with them, will their torrid romance make it to the mainland?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Victoria Dahl lives with her family in a small town high in the mountains. During the summer she hikes and drinks margaritas (usually not at the same time). During the winter she likes to curl up with a book and a cup of hot cocoa and think about all those poor, freezing skiers working so hard out in the snow.

She's been reading romance since the age of twelve and started her first manuscript at the age of twenty. Occasionally, on dark and stormy nights, she bravely posts excerpts of that original story on her blog for the entertainment of her readers.

Her first published novel, the winner of the coveted Golden Heart for best long historical romance, debuted in 2007. That same year, Victoria decided to try her hand at writing a contemporary romance. It turned out to be the most fun she's ever had (while writing). Now she's fully committed to bouncing between the sexy, dramatic world of historical romance and the sizzling fun of contemporaries.

Find out more about Victoria and her books by visiting her Web site or write to her at Victoria@VictoriaDahl.com.

Victoria's first contemporary romance, Talk Me Down, was recently nominated for both the Romance Writers of America Rita Award and the National Readers' Choice Award. That must be a very good feeling to have your writing up for two awards.

The synopsis of this book is intriguing and one that I would like to read. The idea that you would fake your death to get out of marriage sounds like a good read. Thank you so much for hosting this giveaway.

I enjoyed "Lead Me On" and Victoria's paranormal novella, but I haven't yet tried her historicals.

I love her sense of humor! Can you really hit your head on a wall in the shower & almost die? :) She's cute as a button as well...doesn't look like a mountain girl to me. I haven't read any of her books but, am exited to read any or all of them. Count me in!

I thought it was interesting that there was a question about a rumor that she died in the shower last year. The way she answered some of the questions was very funny.
