ABOUT THE BOOK:
We all have had our ups and downs in our lives, some more than others. But, how we end up in the end, determines how we actually see the storms. The storms help us to change to a better and stronger person. Resisting change can make the obstacles, the hindrances and the storms become even more unbearable. However, if we choose to view them in a different light, change can move us into a bigger and better job, or a more rewarding, loving relationship -it indeed can make us better. The affirmations presented in "Transformations: Give Up the Struggle" by author Renee Wiggins can be a turning point in your life.

I wrote the book in response to situations I saw all around me. I saw women and men struggling simply because they didn't know that change is not a negative thing. When we are open to taking ourselves from one level to the next. we take our power back, brick by brick , and chains are broken, and positive things begin to happen in our lives.
Max Lucado, a pastor, a christian writer, and Joyce Meyers, are my favorite authors. I appreciate the fact they use Bible verses to explain ordinary mishaps in a person's life. I especially enjoyed Joyce Meyers' "The Battlefield of the Mind." The book does a great job of explaining how our minds can help our existence or destroy our existence.
5. What are you currently reading?
I just finished Zig Zigler's book"Embrace The Struggle"

1. Hi, Renee. Thank you for consenting to answer a few questions for my readers. Where did you get the inspiration or idea for this book?
I wrote the book in response to situations I saw all around me. I saw women and men struggling simply because they didn't know that change is not a negative thing. When we are open to taking ourselves from one level to the next. we take our power back, brick by brick , and chains are broken, and positive things begin to happen in our lives.
2. How did the title of your book come about?
I was looking for a word that would express the idea of change. So, I came up with four different titles that embodied that theme and i sent them to friends, colleagues and family members I trusted. With their help, I narrowed the four titles down to just two. Then, I examined the reason why my reviewers liked some of my titles more or less than others and determined that the word "Transformation"really got to the core of the message I wanted to share. Thus the title"Transformations:Give Up The Struggle was born . I added the "Give Up The Struggle" because I wanted readers to immediately understand that in order to transform, one must give up something.
