MR. AND MISS ANONYMOUS
BY FERN MICHAELS
ABOUT THE BOOK:
College senior Lily Madison is on her own and desperate to pay for her last semester of school. With nowhere to turn, she makes the difficult decision to donate her eggs to a fertility clinic. Sam Parker is also a penniless student who supplements his tuition money by visiting a sperm bank. One day, Lily and Sam meet at the clinic and talk about their secret. Despite their obvious attraction, Lily and Sam go their separate ways. Now a wealthy entrepreneur, Sam never forgot Lily, and when he sees her in an airport one day, he falls for her all over again. But while they enjoy their unlikely reunion, a story on the news has them riveted. Two teenage boys are missing and their disappearance may be linked to the fertility clinic Sam and Lily visited in college. In a shocking twist, one of the boys looks exactly like Sam. Lily and Sam are determined to find out what really went on at the clinic all those years ago, but the truth will be more than they bargained for. Together they discover that letting go of their past is the best way to build a future worth fighting for..
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Fern Michaels isn't a person. I'm not sure she's an entity either since an entity is something with separate existence. Fern Michaels is what I DO. Me, Mary Ruth Kuczkir. Growing up in Hastings, Pennsylvania, I was called Ruth. I became Mary when I entered the business world where first names were the order of the day. To this day, family and friends call me Dink, a name my father gave me when I was born because according to him I was 'a dinky little thing' weighing in at four and a half pounds. However, I answer to Fern since people are more comfortable with a name they can pronounce. To read more about Mary Ruth Kuczkir, aka Fern Michaels, go HERE.

That is interesting, I have been reading this author for years and never knew it was a pen name. I find it interesting what her husband told her after her 5 kids had started school. Honestly, if my husband took that attitude, he would have probably been an ex-husband. Just because kids are in school, doesn't mean you don't do anything, espicially with 5 kids.

I just read deck the halls not too long ago, it was really good. I have read most of her books.

I have been a Fern Michaels fan for years. I never knew that it was her pen name. I also didn't know, or even wonder, how she has written so many books while bringing up her 5 children.

I loved reading about Mary Margaret, the ghost. She, the ghost, stops the clocks at 9:10, didn't like the coffee cups, puts only azalea blooms on the nightstand. She's friendly like Fern Michaels. I love her books.

If you can't whistle on your way to work, you don't belong in that job. She whistles all day long!

I'd like to read Seasons of Her Life.
pbclark(at)netins(dot)net
I have read Finders Keepers, Sara's Song and I would mention The Texas series. I might have that series mixed up with another author.

Went to the author's website and learned she grew up in Hastings, Pennsylvania under her REAL name, Ruth. I had no idea Fern Michaels was a pen name! Good to know!

I read and reviewed one of Fern's older books for my blog earlier in the year. Celebration. It was a good book with a great story of husband who thought the world revolved around him until his ex-wife proved him wrong.
I love her statement: The Dutch have a saying, 'If you can't whistle on your way to work, you don't belong in that job.' I whistle all day long.
I would say that she is very comfortable with her writing career and now I want to read one of her books. Thanks for hosting this giveaway.

I knew that Fern Michael was a pen name but I didn't know her real name or didn't remember what it was.Being from PA, I am suprised she didn't write Amish books, there are so many but I'm glad she didn't because I have enjoyed each one. Thanks for the entry ybutler@oppcatv.com
I haven't read Game Over yet nor Mr. and Miss Anonymous so I would love the win this book, I am going to look for Game Over today. I enjoyed every book I ever read but the most memoriable are the Texas books (Texas Rich...Heat..etc) ybutler@oppcatv.com

I understand about fertility issues because I went to a fertility clinic and also I still havent been able to get pregnant and dont have money to pursue it further. I love the fact that this is a love story. Please enter me in contest. Tore923@aol.com
Fern is no longer married to her first husband because he was an ass to her. Also she has written 67 books!

I read the Nosy Neighbor and loved it. I currently have Hey, Good Looking on my bookshelf waiting to be read. She does indeed tell a great yarn.

I liked that story about the author being called Dink and think that her first husband had a lot of nerve to tell her to get out and get a job after she had raised five kids!
CarolNWong(at)aol(dot)com
I haven't read any of her books yet so I would start with Weekend Warriors.
CarolNWong(at)aol(dot)com
I knew about her pen name and found it amusing about her husband's comment. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com
I read the Texas series which I enjoyed. saubleb(at)gmail(dot)com
An interesting post since this author has been a fave of mine for a long time. Her nickname is unique. rojosho(at)hotmail(dot)com

I always find it interesting how many authors just loved and lived at the library when growing up. They are such special places.
JHolden955(at)gmail(dot)com
Boy, does she have a lot of book that I haven't read listed there! The new one, called Exclusive, looks like one I'd like to add to my list!
JHolden955(at)gmail(dot)com
It's interesting that she moved to South Carolina, bought a 300 year old house, renovated it, and shares it with a ghost.
Smiles,

I think I would also like to read Annie's Rainbow.

I never knew that that wasn't her real name. We did read the same authors growing up so I guess we may be similar ages. 67 books! Again, I knew she had written a lot of books but never would have guessed that many.
lkish77123 at gmail dot com
I've never read any of her books but I've heard so much about them
giveawaymommy at yahoo.com
I've read a few of her books and didn't realize it was a pen name either. Enjoyed finding out more about her

She is a very interesting character in herself. She says she is not a writer but one hell of a storyteller.

that was very interesting-I love the ghost part!

She has written over sixty books, most of them bestsellers. Interesting, because she said she started writing because she didn't have any other skills.

I've read the Sugar and Spice book, with Christmas novellas. It was a nice touch for the season. joleehamlin [at] comcast [dot] net
