This sounds like a very interesting cookbook to add to my collection. I love making cupcakes since then you have individual servings already to go. I like that she has recipes in the book for all occasions and no occasion at all. I couldn't watch the video since sound is not working on my computer at the moment and son isn't home to fix it. I hope to come back and watch as soon as it's fixed.

I would love to win a copy of this cookbook. That Caramel Sea Salt Mocha one is right up my alley. I love sweet and salty together. I have been having fun watching all the cupcake shows on tv this year with my daughter and we have been dabbling in making cupcakes at home this summer. The video is fantastic! I loved hearing from Jan and Katie about the Cupcake business and their shop. I think Jan is right that we eat with our eyes first. They sure applied that idea to their cupcakes...my moth was watering just looking at some of them! Jan is very talented, Katie, too. I would love to win this book and try my hand at creating some of their great cupcakes!
