I AM EXCITED TO SHARE WITH YOU ABOUT
THIS RECENT AUDIO BOOK I RECEIVED

POTTYMOUTH AND STOOPID
READ BY SCOTT CONNOLLY
BY JAMES PATTERSON
AND CHRIS GRABENSTEIN
ILLUSTRATED BY STEPHEN GILPIN

ABOUT THE AUDIO BOOK:
Bestselling author James Patterson's best book for boys in years! Tired of being bullied, middle-school underdogs "Pottymouth" and "Stoopid" finally fight back with the power of funny.

David and his best friend Michael were tagged with awful nicknames way back in preschool when everyone did silly things. Fast-forward to seventh grade: "Pottymouth" and "Stoopid" are still stuck with the names--and everyone in school, including the teachers and their principal, believe the labels are true.

So how do they go about changing everyone's minds? By turning their misery into megastardom on TV, of course! And this important story delivers more than just laughs--it shows that the worst bullying doesn't have to be physical...and that things will get better. A great conversation starter for parents to read alongside their kids!

Official Notice to Parents:
There is no actual pottymouthing or stupidity in this entire book!
(Psst, kids: that second part might not be entirely true.)

ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
James Patterson holds the Guinness World Record for the most #1 New York Times bestsellers, including Middle School, I Funny, and Jacky Ha-Ha, and his books have sold more than 350 million copies worldwide. A tireless champion of the power of books and reading, Patterson created a children's book imprint, JIMMY Patterson, whose mission is simple: "We want every kid who finishes a JIMMY Book to say, 'PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER BOOK.'" He has donated more than one million books to students and soldiers and funds over four hundred Teacher Education Scholarships at twenty-four colleges and universities. He has also donated millions to independent bookstores and school libraries. Patterson invests proceeds from the sales of JIMMY Patterson Books in pro-reading initiatives.

James Patterson has written more bestsellers and created more enduring fictional characters than any other novelist writing today. He lives in Florida with his family.

Chris Grabenstein is the author of the New York Times bestsellers WELCOME TO WONDERLAND: HOME SWEET MOTEL, THE ISLAND OF DR. LIBRIS, ESCAPE FROM MR. LEMONCELLO'S LIBRARY, and MR. LEMONCELLO'S LIBRARY OLYMPICS. He is also the co-author (with James Patterson) of the #1 Bestsellers I FUNNY, HOUSE OF ROBOTS, TREASURE HUNTERS, JACKY HA-HA, WORD OF MOUSE, and many others.

Chris pronounces GRABENSTEIN! (It sounds like Frankenstein)
Winner of all sorts of awards, Chris writes fast-paced and fun page-turners for children and adults. He's also a playwright and screenwriter not to mention a former advertising executive and improvisational comedian. Sometimes he sleeps.
Chris started writing a long time ago. He and his four brothers used to put on skits and puppet shows in the basement of their home in Buffalo, New York. Their mom and dad were the only paying customers. Admission was a nickel.

Not that interested in this book but I have been finding some great children's books lately. Yes, I am thinking of the flood survivors lately too. This is just the beginning for them. Many will not have homes anymore, so many will have to relocate. Praying for their safety and comfort.

Huh, not sure. But I have been thinking of friends and folks in TX. They have a long road ahead.
