Ok, introduce myself - I am a FT freelance writer and novelist (4 books out and another schedued for May/June), My favorite genre is contemporary romance with a serious story line. I'm a 52 yo kindergarten teacher who love to read. I try to instill in each of my students the same love of reading that I enjoy.
And I am starting partial retirement from 6th grade this week after 36 years and full time in June. Kindergarten! Bless your heart! I too want my kids to become lifelong readers so do some pretty wacky things to make it fun as well as educational. Thanks for entering the contest. Wow Bingo what a great way to meet people! I'm Darby and I like everyone else, love's to read! I also enjoy several different crafts done by hand, like hand beading, crochet, painting, etc. Really the list is endless and my house is a testimony to that never ending list of crafts for unfinished or almost finished are everywhere and if it's not a craft needle you sit on it's a book that has fallen off of my tbr pile!!!
