I really, really want to win "Devlin Diaries." I enjoyed the video. Thank you for having it here. I gained a lot of information about Cambridge and its importance to British History. I also heard the author talk about Trinity and St. John's. I think the investigation and the murder are really going to make this Historical Fiction a page turner.

It looks like a great book. I am always interested in those period detail from 1672--it's so long ago and when you try to place it in history...post Pilgrims, pre-Revolution, it really blows my mind. I think it's intriguing that Hannah is practicing medicine in that time.

I love the fact that she wants to keep the past alive. History has been a passion of mine since a small child. Then add mystery to it, you can only create a great story/

i love books that have 2 stories in one that are linked. i also like books where women of the past are shown as bright as men! also i am in love with english history and the author seems to have done a good job of reseaching, so i get that to boot! history, mystery, you have to let me have a chance to win this book!! spvaughan yahoo com

don't you just love it when people love the job they do and that it makes them happy? i like that she writes to find out who the character is.
I enjoyed reading the author's comments about reading and writing everything you can, and not being too concerned with either praise or criticism. Very important! I also enjoyed her interview, especially how she told a tiny fib about where the murder in her book would take place!

Well, I liked your review and the hints you gave to the fact a mystery comes to light. And you did it without comparing it to another one of those literary puzzle novels, The Da Vinci Code. Win or not, it's been added to my TBR list!
