From the irreverent to the desperate; from the sacred to the profane; from the tender to the torturous: this is the voice of the next wave of the Jewish experience. I actually read quite a few funny books written by comediens, including Roseanne Barr's bio. I have to say though, I'd like to read Lisa Lampanelli's take on something like this.

I think Chelsea Handler is hilarious. She's already written two books and I enjoyed them both although I think the first one was better than the second.

My husband is very funny. He often impersonates comedians. If I edit, maybe he can write a book!

My husband truly is an extremely funny person. He loves to make people laugh. I have been trying for years to get him to go to an open mike night at one of the NYC comedy clubs. And so many of our friends and acquaintances wonder why he isn't a stand-up comedian. He has drafted several skits to use if he ever does. But he's very nervous, although, because he is best at off-the-cuff humor, kind of "on the spot" jokes. He has a wonderfully quick mind and fast wit. If you speak to him for 5-minutes you'll know exactly what I am talking about! I can't begin to count the number of times we've left a store with the clerk rolling on the floor telling me I've got a real "live wire" on my hands or a "total card' and how many parties we've gone to and when we get up to leave the hosts beg us to stay because if my husband leaves the comedy show will be over!
He has written several short stories for me and they are hilarious but so far he hasn't felt any need to try and publish them...I'm starting to nag, though, like any good wife! LOL Maybe a book is the way to go!

Please include me in your giveaway, Bingo! I would love to win this book.
